SEPTIC SYSTEM SERVICES
I offer real-estate septic inspections that go beyond just opening the lid and saying "all good". I will ensure the system was not only designed and operating properly, but also designed to handle the change in tenancy (something not normally even discussed with the new home buyer). These systems are quite expensive to replace, I will give you the ammo you need to negotiate your purchase.
I also offer system design/permitting. I are FULLY CERTIFIED through the Alberta On-Site Waste Water Management Association (AOWMA) guaranteeing your system is operating as it should.
